1) the article for publication must contain the results of original scientific research;
2) the text of the article is in doc format (Microsoft Word) page – A4, portrait orientation, the volume of the main text up to 8 pages, Times New Roman font, size 14 pt, spacing – 1.0; line spacing – single, formatting – width, paragraph indentation – 1.25 cm, margins – 20 mm with all sides, numbering is mandatory at the bottom in the center of the page;
3) the article is submitted in electronic form, issued with the following information:
– in the upper left corner, the UDC index (universal decimal classifier), IRSTI(Interstate Rubricator of Scientific and Technical Information) (grnti.ru);
– DOI (assigned and filled in by the Editors);
– Surname, first name, patronymic of the author(s) (in full);
– Academic degree, academic title, academic degree (if any);
– Affiliation (full name of the structural unit, organization, city, country, place of work or study) in Kazakh, Russian and English;
– The title of the article.
It should reflect the content of the article, the subject matter and the results of the conducted scientific research. The title of the article should be informative, attractive and unique (no more than 12 words, in capital letters, in bold in the center). Available in Russian, Kazakh, English;
– Abstract.
Abstract – a brief description of the purpose, content, type, form and other features of the article. It should reflect the main and valuable, in the author’s opinion, stages, objects, their signs and conclusions of the conducted research. The recommended volume is from 100 to 150 words. The abstract should not repeat the title of the article in content, contain formulas and bibliographic references. Available in Russian, Kazakh, English;
– Keywords.
Keywords are a set of words reflecting the content of the text in terms of the object, scientific branch and research methods. The recommended number is from 8 to 10 words, the number of words inside the keyword is no more than 3. They are set in order of their significance, i.e. the most important keyword of the article should be the first in the list. Keywords should not repeat the terms of the title and annotation. It is recommended to use terms from the text of the article and defining the subject area, including other important concepts that make it easier and expand the possibilities of finding an article by means of an information system. Available in Russian, Kazakh, English;
– Basic provisions.
It is presented in a certain sequence of parts of the article and includes:
– Introduction.
The rationale for choosing a topic; the relevance of the topic or problem. The relevance of the topic is determined by the general interest in the study of this object, but the lack of exhaustive answers to existing questions, it is proved by the theoretical or practical significance of the topic;
– Materials and methods.
They should consist of a complete description of the research methods used, scientific literature, analysis of international acts and statistical data, foreign and national legislation, as well as other sources;
– Results, discussion.
The results of the study are analyzed and the corresponding results are discussed in comparison with previous works, analyses and conclusions. The main essence is revealed;
– Conclusion.
It includes conclusions – generalization and summing up of the work at this stage: confirmation of the truth of the statement put forward by the author, and the author’s conclusion about the change of scientific knowledge taking into account the results obtained. Conclusions should be used to summarize the results of research in a particular scientific field, with a description of proposals or opportunities for further work.;
– Information about financing (if available);
– List of references.
Must contain at least 1/3 of the total number of foreign sources in a foreign language (except Russian and Kazakh). Electronic resources are not included in which the author does not specify the material of the NPA, statistical data, collections, archival materials, etc. The list is located at the end of the article. Links should be numbered strictly in the order of mention in the text. The reference number in the text of the article is in square brackets. The first reference in the text to the literature should have the number [1], the second – [2], etc. The reference to the book in the main text of the article should be accompanied by an indication of the pages used (for example [2, 545 pages]).
Electronic resources in which the author of the material is not specified, statistical collections, normative legal acts are indicated in page-by-page footnotes and are not included in the list of references.
The list of references is drawn up in accordance with GOST 7.1.-2003 “Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules of compilation”. When the source is re-cited, it is assigned the number of the original citation. When referring to Internet resources, the author, the title of the text, the source, the full email address of the material, the date of its visit are indicated. It is not allowed to link to private messages, reports, unprotected dissertations and other unpublished materials.
The reference lists of literature are also drawn up in the Roman alphabet (References) (translit.ru). Self-citation of the author is allowed no more than 20% of the number of sources in the list of references.
It is recommended to read and refer to the works of scientists on the subject from previous issues of the Bulletin (see vestnikacademy.kz), on articles from journals on global citation indexes (Scopus, Web of Science, Thomson Reuters);
– Illustrations, a list of drawings and captions to them are presented according to the text of the article. In the electronic version, drawings and illustrations;
4) for a set of formulas, use the built-in Microsoft Eguation 3.0 formula editor. Formulas are typed in the Latin alphabet, font size 11, presented in JPG format. Only those formulas that are referenced in the text are numbered.
